Please Ask for Additional Scan/Pictures. A Near Mint card may have a tiny edge nick or a tiny scratch or two, but overall look fresh out of the pack with no major defects or flaws.

The acceptable range of cards within the Near Mint condition include both cards with no imperfections and cards with a few minor imperfections or a single more noticeable imperfection. EX/NM-Somewhere in between excellent and near mint.

Card shows signs of play that could be in the form of edge wear, surface wear, and/or minor amounts of shuffling damage, but it is still an ascetically pleasing card, looks almost NM in a sleeve a lot of times. G/EX-Somewhere inbetween good and excellent. Showing signs of wear in the same form as in excellent, but to much more extensive amounts to the point where the wear is easily recognizable in a sleeve and the card is no longer ascetically pleasing.

Although still a discernable card and tournament playable, a heavily played card can be one of a number of things: worn past being in good condition, has a tear or a crease, been water damaged. If there is not a note about water damage, tears, or creases though, you can assume it's just a very worn card. I'll make notes about the condition in the title or the description if any of these three things have occured.
