Magic The Gathering Phyrexian Dreadnought FOIL Judge Promo- LP+ Reserved

This is not professionally graded, but has been in my possession, in an Ultra Pro binder, for decades. I've tried to catch the card in the light at multiple angles so you can see any visible scratches, scuffs, clouding, etc.

See pictures of exact card that is for sale, specifically the few markings in the back upper left and bottom right. To most this would be a NM card, and it's pretty close, but for these reasons I'm bringing it back to LP+. This card, along with my entire collection spanning 30 years, has always been stored in a temperature controlled storage facility. Comes from a non-smoking household.
