Magic Collection Lot MTG rares foils and more

Up for sale is part of my MTG collection. I've been tasked to downsize my collection again by my girlfriend as our condo space is limited. Seems like this has happened annually the last few years. This lot has many rares, uncommons, and commons inclusive of reserve list cards, a sealed Khans of Tarkir event deck, some good foils, a MTG binder in good shape (almost full of cards) a conspiracy: take the crown booster box and MM17 booster box full of cards from the respective sets, a Khans fat pack full of cards, etc. The Conspiracy box I don't think has any rares left in it, but the MM17 definitely does. I was going to create cubes of both sets for drafting (bought three boxes of each), but just never got around to it. You'll find serum visions, guildgates, mana rocks, all kinds of staples in those boxes.

The most valuable cards in the set are probably the legends in the binder. I think the most expensive rare will be around 20 bucks, but maybe more. The commons and uncommons/foils are where you'll find the value adding up in this lot as there are a lot of staples for EDH & cube drafting especially, and I hope the pics do it justice!
