Please read my feedback comments to see how I've delighted previous customers. I do this to be as transparent as possible to my customers about what they are paying for and why. SINGLE CARDS - All single cards are sleeved first then inserted upside down into a rigid top loader with a small piece of scotch tape across the top to keep the card inside while in transit.
The top loader is folded inside of a sheet of paper inside the envelope for additional protection. Don't worry, I make pull tabs for all tape strips. COMPLETE SETS - All sets. I use more bubble wrap or packing material to fill the empty space in order to keep the item(s) from sliding around in transit. I recycle/reuse/repurpose as much packing material as I can in order to be as friendly to the environment as I can be.
LARGE/HEAVY SEALED PRODUCT (BOOSTER BOXES). I do not accept opened/damaged/used items back in return. I strongly prefer that the customer contacts me via direct message with photos of the item condition and an explanation of what went wrong/the reason for the return.
